How SupplierClear handles account information, assessment inputs, reports, and the choices available to you.
Summary
SupplierClear provides pre-commitment supplier intelligence. We do not certify suppliers or verify live supplier operations.
Data we collect
- Account email and name when you sign in
- Assessment inputs, answers, and uploaded evidence you provide
- Payment references from Stripe, Paystack, or app stores (not full card numbers)
- Audit logs for security and enterprise compliance
How we use data
- Run deterministic scoring and generate reports you purchase
- Optional clarity explanations via OpenAI when enabled (see sub-processors)
- Team workspace sharing when you subscribe to Team or Enterprise
Storage and retention
- Guest drafts stay in your browser until you clear them or purchase a Decision Package
- Signed-in in-progress drafts sync to your account (one active cloud draft on Free)
- Paid Decision Package PDFs and purchase records are kept while your account remains active so you can re-download from the purchase flow
- Pro/Team assessment history and supplier timelines remain until you delete them from Settings or close the account
- You may export or delete account data from Settings at any time; deletion requests are also accepted at privacy@bacenik.com
- After account deletion, we remove or anonymize personal data within 30 days except records we must retain for tax, fraud, or legal compliance

- AU/SG/UAE: jurisdiction-specific disclaimers apply to assessment outputs
