Refund & Cancellation Policy
Decision Package ($49 one-time)
Refunds are available within 7 days if the PDF was not successfully downloaded. Once generated and delivered, purchases are final except where required by law.
Pro and Team subscriptions
Cancel anytime from Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds for unused time unless required by law.
App store purchases
Subscriptions purchased via Apple App Store or Google Play are managed through those platforms per their refund policies.
