Decision Package — one-time purchase
Refunds are available within 7 days if the PDF was not successfully downloaded. Once generated and delivered, purchases are final except where required by law.
Professional and Team subscriptions
Cancel a website subscription from Billing or the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
