Decision Package, one-time purchase
Refunds are available within 7 days if the PDF was not successfully downloaded. Once generated and delivered, purchases are final except where required by law.
Professional and Team subscriptions
Cancel a website subscription from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time except where required by law.
