Terms of service
The terms that apply when you use SupplierClear and purchase a plan or Decision Package.
1. Service
SupplierClear provides Pre-PO Engineering Decision Intelligence — structured decision support from information you provide. We do not certify, approve, or verify suppliers.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee delivery, quality, manufacturability, or procurement outcomes. You own the final decision.
3. Subscriptions
Paid website plans bill through the payment methods shown at checkout. See Refund Policy at `/refund-policy`.
4. Data
You retain ownership of uploaded data. Processing is governed by our Privacy Policy and DPA for enterprise customers.
5. Export control
You are responsible for ITAR/EAR and applicable export-control compliance.
6. Liability
Service provided "as is." Liability capped at fees paid in the prior twelve months to the extent permitted by law.
7. Governing law
Delaware, USA, unless a separate MSA specifies otherwise.
