How do I buy a report?
Run a check, open your result, and purchase the Decision Package.
How do I subscribe to Pro or Team?
Sign in on the website and open Billing. App Store and Play use in-app purchase.
Can I use a personal email?
Yes for one-off reports. Pro and Team need a company work email.
Where is my PDF stored?
Paid reports download from your account. We email a secure link if you add a receipt address.
What if I subscribed on my phone?
Manage that subscription in the App Store or Google Play. Web plans use Stripe on the site.
How do Team invites work?
Owners invite colleagues by email from workspace settings. They sign in with that address.
Is this supplier certification?
No. SupplierClear is decision support based on your answers and documents.
