**Effective:** 2026-07-01 ## Permitted use SupplierClear is for structured pre-commitment supplier decision support by authorized users evaluating quotes, prototypes, fabrication, and related procurement decisions. ## Prohibited use You may not: - Use SupplierClear outputs to misrepresent supplier certification or Bacenik approval - Upload malware, unlawful content, or data you lack rights to process - Attempt to bypass rate limits, access controls, or billing - Scrape or resell the service without written agreement - Use automated means to extract training data from clarity outputs at scale ## Account responsibility Account owners are responsible for team member activity and compliance with this policy and applicable law. ## Enforcement Bacenik may suspend accounts that violate this policy.
