How the score stays consistent
Scoring rules are covered by automated regression tests. The same answers and quote text produce the same score under the same published rules. This is decision support — not supplier verification.

Data handling
Guest drafts remain in the browser unless you choose to sign in. Account data and paid reports are handled under the applicable service terms and privacy policy. We do not train models on customer uploads.
Security program
We publish a self-attested readiness program and supporting policies. It is not a SOC 2 report, a penetration-test report, or a certification. Contractual security commitments, support, and integration scope are agreed with named Enterprise customers.
Billing by channel
Website billing uses Stripe. Enterprise commercial terms are agreed by contract; they are not purchased through the standard billing page.
