# Data Residency — SupplierClear

## Standard service

SupplierClear is a multi-tenant SaaS service. Customer data is processed and stored using the service locations and sub-processors described in the current Trust Center materials. The standard service does not promise a dedicated environment, customer-managed encryption keys, or exclusive processing in a particular jurisdiction.

## International customers

Customers with cross-border data-transfer requirements can request our data processing and sub-processor information. Where appropriate, contractual transfer safeguards are addressed in the applicable agreement.

## Enterprise requirements

Data-residency, dedicated-environment, encryption-key, and integration requirements depend on technical feasibility and are considered only in a named Enterprise security review and written agreement. They are not included in self-service plans unless expressly agreed in writing.
